一、用途
用于各类农作物实粒种子(谷粒、玉米、小麦、油菜籽等)的精确考种,各类粮库的虫口计数分析。可兼做表面光滑的昆虫计数或虫卵计数(如:米象、蚜虫、蚕卵、鱼籽等),以及被当作种子净度工作台用于种子净度检验。
二、主要技术指标
1、大景深的500万像素彩色拍摄仪及A3幅面超薄背光灯板,具有相机画面畸变、背光板均匀性的自动矫正特性,有效减小尺寸测量误差。
2、★能大批量自动分析成像后的种粒图片。拍照分析的种粒直径1.0~20mm。稻种的实粒与秕谷需经风选,再分别计数分析。
3、★全自动数粒速度1200~20000粒/分钟,数粒误差≤±0.1~0.4%,极少监视修正即达100%正确。全自动千粒重分析的精度误差≤±0.5%。对于直径较小的种粒(如油菜籽、蔬菜籽),单批次考种数量在5000~10000粒。
4、★可根据实际需求自行创制一键自动分析向导,适用于水稻、小麦、玉米、豆类、油菜籽、瓜子、蔬菜籽等各类农作物的自动精确考种、各类粮库的虫口自动计数,以及出苗数分析,显示和输出计数结果。
5、★能自动测出各类粘连种粒的每粒粒形参数(长、宽、长宽比、面积、等效直径、周长等),能精准显示种粒外接矩形,并可自动排序输出,及可输出粒径分布图表。
6、★具有对被分析目标颜色、形状进行自学习和再学习,并实现自动分类的特性,以及品种比对特性。
7、分析过程为全程电脑控制,高效、准确、简便易用,真正一键式操作,鼠标一点,结果即现。具有被测样本条码、电子天平RS232重量数据的自动输入接口。
8、可用鼠标选择增加/删除,或直接用鼠标在屏上手工计数,以确保100%正确目标区的个性化计数,也可对工作区视野中任选范围或矩形范围内的计数。
9、分析图像结果可保存,能自动形成总报表,统计分析结果可输出保存至Excel表。

1. Purpose:

2. Main technical indicators:
1). The 8 million pixel color camera with large depth of field and the A3 format ultra-thin backlight light panel have the automatic correction characteristics of camera picture distortion and backlight plate uniformity, effectively reducing the size measurement error.
2). It can automatically analyze the image of the imprinted seed grain in large quantities. The diameter of the seed grain analyzed by photograph is 0.5~20mm. The grains and grains of rice seeds need to be selected by winnowing and then counted and analyzed separately.
3). It has the characteristics of self-learning and enhanced learning of automatic classification of seed color and shape, and the characteristics of realizing the comparison of variety differences.
4). According to actual needs, we can create a one-click automatic analysis wizard, which can automatically and accurately test the seeds of rice, wheat, corn, beans, rapeseed, melon seeds, vegetable seeds and other crops, automatically count the insect populations of various grain warehouses, and analyze the number and uniformity of seedlings, display and output counting results.
5). It can automatically measure the shape parameters of each grain (length, width, aspect ratio, area, equivalent diameter, perimeter, etc.) of various adhesion seed grains, accurately display the seed grain outer rectangle, and automatically sort the output, and output the particle size distribution chart.
6). Automatic grain counting speed 1200~20000 grains / minute, several grain error ≤± 0.1~0.4%, very little monitoring and correction to achieve 100% correct. The accuracy error of fully automated 1000-grain weight analysis ≤± 0.5%. For seeds with small diameter (such as rapeseed and vegetable seeds), the number of seeds in a single batch is 5000~10000.
7). The analysis process is computer-controlled, efficient, accurate, simple and easy to use, truly one-click operation, one mouse click, the result is real. It has an automatic input interface for the barcode of the sample to be measured and the weight data of the electronic balance RS232.
8). Increase/delete can be selected with the mouse, or manually counted directly on the screen with the mouse to ensure 100% correct personalized counting of target areas, as well as counting within any range or rectangle in the field of view of the workspace.
9). The analysis image results can be saved, and a total report can be automatically formed, and the statistical analysis results can be output and saved to an Excel table, as well as arrangement and measurement charts output by width, length, area, etc.
